Joseph is a seasoned on-air host/reporter, producer, writer, and media consultant. She developed her journalism, branding and marketing skills working for large media companies like Scripps (Food Network), Meredith, NBC Universal, Grey Advertising Worldwide, Newscorp, Viacom (VH1 and CBS News), AOL, Time Inc., and Hachette Filipacchi. Joseph’s work as a journalist helped earn her a 2007 McCormick Tribune Foundation fellowship, during which she completed McCormick’s Executive Media Management program at Northwestern. She sits on the advisory board of AAIA (Association on American Indian Affairs). Joseph is active in advocating for minority journalists’ entrepreneurship and career development, and is a 2010 Poynter Institute Sense Making Fellow. Comfortable writing scripts, delivering a read, standing in in the VO booth, reading Nielsen ratings or analyzing company or project ROI, Joseph offers a unique blend of business-creative. She lives with her husband and two children in New York/New Jersey.
