Exum is the project manager/scrum master for the Chicago Tribune News Applications team (@tribapps), an agile team of developers who build tools for the newsroom, special editorial features and data visualizations, and products such as microsites and mobile apps for the larger Tribune Media Group. It's a lot to wrangle, but she's a pretty solid wrangler--with a pretty amazing team. Exum's key contributions include organization, communication, and caffeination.
