Nieman Lab called it “an astonishing look inside the cultural change still needed in the shift to digital — even in one of the world’s greatest newsrooms.” The leaked New York Times Innovation Report hit a large portion of the legacy media world in its Achilles heel: innovating from within. The Times is now moving to implement the report’s recommendations and we’ll follow their progress, challenges and prognosis.
