Join Tara Conley, founder of Hashtag Feminism,as she discusses her efforts to engage thousands of youth in the City of New York judicial system using peer panels, community outreach and SMS. You'll also hear from Chris Rudd about developing Expunge.io, an app to support youth in Chicago in expunging their criminal records.
