Lieu is a web developer working on data visualizations and maps at Development Seed, a small technology firm. They support NGOs, international development agencies, and groups that advocate for open and transparent access to data. Development Seed open sources a lot of projects, and you can find their work at github.com/developmentseed. Previously, Lieu worked as a designer and multimedia journalist at the Chronicle of Philanthropy.
