Rudd has been a community organizer and an advocate for youth empowerment in Chicago for over a decade. He started organizing with the SouthWest Youth Collaborative in the Marquette Park neighborhood. Rudd currently works with youth from around Cook County to realize their power and reform the juvenile justice system.
